Hi all, I've searched through the dicsussions, and can't seem to find anyone with my exact problem. I created a ringtone, sync'd it, it shows up in my 'sounds' as a custom tone. I selected it as my default ring. But.when I called myself to test it, it didn't play the song.

It showed that a call was coming in, but no sound. I switched back to my old ring tone - it rang fine.
The writing of my ring tones is black. The color of my custom tone is blue - is that indicating it isn't active?
